Summer Keys Event Details

 

The Summer Keys Event is available on eligible three-bedroom homes at Argyle Townhomes, subject to availability.

To qualify for the 13th Month Free incentive:

​

• A new 13-month fixed-term lease must be signed on or after July 6, 2026.

• The tenancy must begin no later than September 7, 2026.

• The promotional rent credit is equal to one month of regular monthly rent and will be applied to the 13th and final month of the fixed-term tenancy, subject to the terms of the 13th Month Rent Incentive Addendum.

• The promotion is available on new leases only and does not apply to existing tenancies, renewals, extensions, amendments, transfers, or month-to-month tenancies.
